PLEASE READ NOTES BELOW:
- We are only able to do Saturday events if we can setup on Friday afternoon and pickup on Sunday. For Sunday through Friday we can definitely setup on the day of the event, however there is an additional $450 fee if it is required that we pickup the dance floor the same day in the evening.
- We only do the dance floor if there is easy access for us to be able to roll the heavy boxes right into the room or space directly from the street (i.e. no stairs, elevators, multiple levels, long distances, etc.)
- The surface has to be flat, with no major cracks or changes in elevation and free of debris. We do not setup on real grass (solid and flat fake turf is typically ok) or any other uneven surfaces as the dance floor will not function properly.
